E-Day

Yesterday I did not go to the gym as I had planned so today will be the official start of E-Day (Exercise Day). I'll plug this data into Excel and make a data table so that future updates are less cumbersome and scroll-intensive. As soon as I get my camera and tripod set up I'll be posting progress photos with my weekly measurements.
