My return to the gym after a 5-month dry spell is fast approaching. In addition to posting weekly records of my weight and measurements, I will include a bi-weekly update of my body composition. My workout days will be alternatingly seperated into upper body, lower body, and cardio which will primarily consist of marathon training for the Las Vegas marathon Dec 6th.
The image posted is my upper body workout card for the first two weeks of training. The first week will provide a baseline for me to determine my fitness goals for the next 4 months. Generally speaking, my goals will be to A.) get bigger and B.) get ripped - 8 pack ripped.
